At Hotel Golden Lotus, we understand that pets are part of the family and we are pleased to welcome them. That's why we are rated as best hotels in Varanasi. To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests booking hotel in varanasi , we have established the following pet policy:

Pet Charges : A nightly fee of Rs. 600 per pet will be charged.

General Guidelines

• Pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times and should not be left unattended in the rooms.
• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas of the hotel.
• Pets are not allowed in the dining areas, spa, or other restricted zones.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste disposal bags are to be brought by guest or can be purchased at the front desk.
• Please ensure your pet does not soil or damage hotel property. In case of accidents, please inform housekeeping immediately for prompt cleaning.
• An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the room requires deep cleaning due to pet soiling or excessive shedding.

Damages

• Any damages caused by pets to hotel property will be assessed and charged to the pet owner’s account.
• Pet owners will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged items.
• Any injury, bite, or damage to goods of hotel or staff or hotel guest will be borne in full by guest accompanying the pet.
• If it is found that the pet has urinated or defecated inside the rooms or hotel, an additional cleaning fee of Rs. 500 will be applied.

Pet Behavior

• Pets must be well-behaved and not pose a threat or disturbance to other guests.
• If your pet is found to be disruptive or aggressive, the hotel reserves the right to ask for the removal of the pet from the premises.
• Continuous barking, biting, or any form of aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Vaccination certificates of pet may be requested at the time of check in with the pet. It is utmost responsibility of the guest that they are not bringing any uni vaccinated pet, or a pet which is ill.

Smoking Policy

At the Golden Lotus hotel in Varanasi all rooms are non-smoking. If a guest wants to smoke they can use the balcony (if provided in room) or else use the smoking area on ground floor. If found of smoking inside the rooms penalty of Rs.1000 will be levied. Some extra measures that make us best hotels in Varanasi.
