Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 Day before of the date of check in. In case of cancellations the guest will be provided with booking voucher equivalent of the value of payment made for a future stay of 3 months from original check in date.
This booking voucher will be non-transferable in nature and can be used by the same guest who made the booking.
Availability of rooms needs to be confirmed with reservation desk for making booking with the voucher for varanasi hotel booking at Golden Lotus.
Group Bookings/ Event Booking/Wedding Bookings
A refundable security deposit is being taken for group bookings at Golden Lotus varanasi hotel booking, which is 15% of booking value.
This deposit is refundable at time of check out. If any damages are made to property, loss of items, breakages charges will be taken from same.
